Pilar López Asencio has 30 years' experience in Employment and Social Security Law, an area in which she specialises. Throughout her outstanding professional career, she has been a partner in prestigious law firms and led her own law firm, Dicea Abogados, where she poured her experience, enthusiasm and vocation. In 2019, her team became part of Vaciero, bringing extensive knowledge in the procedural and labour law fields.

His career is marked by his dedication to corporate labour consultancy, working closely with Human Resources departments to manage labour relations and support strategic decision-making in this complex area.

In addition, Pilar has solid experience in collective bargaining, advising companies in crisis and occupational accidents, consolidating her position as a reference in the sector. These qualities are highly relevant for her new position.
