More than 70 professionals from Vaciero’s offices in Asturias and Madrid took part on 3 July in an internal event held in Oviedo, aimed at strengthening collaboration and cohesion among teams and offices.
Every year, Vaciero brings its professionals together for a day designed to foster relationships between people and teams working across different areas of the firm. This interaction is key to strengthening a way of working based on collaboration, knowledge sharing and the ability to provide coordinated responses to the complex challenges faced by clients and organisations.
This year’s edition focused on a creative team-based activity developed in multidisciplinary groups, where participants worked together on the design and production of different audiovisual projects. The initiative provided an opportunity to put into practice essential professional skills such as communication, coordination, planning and the achievement of shared objectives.
During the opening of the event, the firm’s Chairman, Francisco Vaciero, highlighted the value of creativity and collaboration among professionals from different disciplines as key differentiating factors for successfully addressing the increasingly complex challenges faced by companies and organisations.
Once again, the gathering helped strengthen the links between Vaciero’s different offices and practice areas, consolidating a working culture based on proximity, cooperation and the collective contribution of specialised knowledge.
