Gonzalo Arroyo Díaz has over a decade of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law and in providing legal advice on corporate transactions. Throughout his career, he has been regularly involved in corporate transactions, restructurings, board secretariat matters, and the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements, advising companies across a wide range of sectors in both strategic transactions and their day-to-day business operations.
He has developed his practice in prestigious law firms such as King & Wood Mallesons, Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, Crowe Spain and PKF Attest, gaining solid experience in demanding transactional environments and a practical, execution-oriented approach to legal advice.
As Director of the Corporate and Commercial Law practice, he brings more than twelve years of experience advising companies on key areas of business law.
