Javier González Calvo has an extensive professional background in Corporate and Commercial Law and in providing legal advice to companies. Throughout his career, he has regularly advised on corporate transactions, corporate governance and commercial contracts, offering ongoing support to companies and business groups in the conduct of their day-to-day operations and in strategic decision-making processes.
He has developed his practice both in top-tier law firms and in senior legal management positions. He headed the Private Law and Real Estate practice at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo and subsequently founded his own firm, later joining Global Crowe, where he served as President of the Madrid office for nine years. During this period, he led legal and tax advisory services for domestic and international clients, with a strong focus on real estate-related transactions. He later continued his professional activity as a Partner at PKF Attest.
He is currently a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law practice at Vaciero. His profile is further strengthened by solid experience in the sports sector, gained through his role as Vice President and Board Member of Córdoba Club de Fútbol, which has provided him with in-depth insight into the functioning of governing bodies and the specific corporate and commercial features of sports entities.
