She has a 5-year Degree in Law by the University of Oviedo and a Master Executive in Business Law by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard University.
She started her professional career in the legal advice department at EDP Energía in 2006 and joined Garriges’ Tax Law Department in 2007 as a tax lawyer until she became senior associate. In 2014, she joined Vaciero as Tax and Fiscal Area Partner.
She is broadly specialized in Administrative appeals, tax proceedings and the application of tax benefits of family business.
Ana focuses on the continuous legal advice to companies, business corporations from different economic sectors, to public entities, foundations and family business.
Likewise, she is in charge of legal and administrative procedures related to tax matters and participates in any kind of tax related projects.
She combines her professional career with dissemination activities by participating in talks, and by teaching courses and tutoring training programs.
She is a member of Oviedo Bar Association.
Ana Espiniella has been recognised by the prestigious international directory Best Lawyers since its 2020 edition in the area of Tax Law and in 2021 she has also been highlighted as "Lawyer of the Year" in Asturias for the same speciality area.
