Beatriz holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a diploma in Business Law from the San Pablo CEU University, and a Master's Degree in Leadership in Sustainability and CSR.
Beatriz joined KPMG Abogados in 2011, where she assumed the position of partner in charge of the Litigation and Insolvency Department, joining Vaciero in 2023 as Partner of the Litigation and Insolvency Department.
She is an outstanding lawyer with 25 years of experience advising both national and international clients in all types of commercial and civil litigation.
She regularly advises clients on termination proceedings for breach of contract and claims for damages, directors' liability, rebus sic stantibus, unfair competition, among others, with extensive experience in banking litigation.
Beatriz has also considerable experience in advising companies in distress, through pre-insolvency solutions and, where appropriate, through insolvency proceedings. She has been appointed as insolvency practitioner in some of the most relevant insolvency proceedings of the last decade.
