Leticia del Estal has a 5-year Degree in Law by the University of Oviedo, a Master course in Legal Practice, School of Legal Practice of the Principality of Asturias and she is University Expert in Insolvency Administration by the University of Oviedo and Mediator in Civil, Commercial and Insolvency proceedings for the Spanish Institute of Mediation. Her outstanding Curriculum Vitae, whose professional career started in 1997, was remarkably widened in 2011 when she was a Pioneer in designing and implementing Crime Prevention Models at important private and public corporations and companies.
As Commercial and Corporate area Partner, Leticia is giving continuous or specific legal advice to companies, particularly in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Law, and provides procedural assistance at lawsuits. She is currently a member of several governing bodies of important entities and is involved in complex corporate engagements: restructuring, investments in assets and liabilities of companies in difficulties, mergers and acquisitions.
Leticia has been appointed Insolvency Administrator by the Commercial Court on several occasions and so, she has begun and led Insolvency proceedings and has given advice to the parties affected by such business difficulties (debtors, directors, creditors, etc.)
Besides, she teaches in the Master in Lawyering and in the course to obtain the certificate on “Expert in Corporate Criminal Compliance” both from the University of Oviedo, and participates as a regular speaker at numerous dissemination conferences, seminars and lectures of professional and business forums.
